28th of July - Thursday


Hello people!
Today's class Miss Zu proceed with the Grammar part which is Adjectives.
Adjectives is the word where describe the nouns or pronouns. 
As examples of adjectives is large, young, far, good, bad and etc.

Next, the adjectives forms are positive, comparative, and superlative.
For example ; 
This tree is tall. (positive)
That tree is taller. (comparative)
The last tree in the row is the tallest. (superlative)

Another examples is ;
One syllable and end with vowel.
Ugly (positive)
Uglier (comparative)
Ugliest (superlative)

Two syllable and end with vowel.
Pretty (positive)
Prettier (comparative)
Prettiest (superlative)

Three syllable.
Normally we didn't put 'er' or 'est' for this three syllable.
We put 'more' for comparative adjectives and 'most' for superlative adjective.
As examples ;
Intelligent (positive)
More intelligent (comparative)
Most intelligent (superlative)

Another information is , normally when we used the two syllable we must put 'than' while 'the' for the three syllable adjective.
